Exchange / Return Policy
Eligibility
Purchased items can be exchanged only if the product you received is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, within 07 days of receiving your order.
How does this work?
Simply email us at help@afaminniemarvels.com to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to include your Order ID in the email.
Till when can I claim this?
Please ensure you send in your request within 07 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after this period.
How do I send the item back?
Once your request has been approved, you will need to courier the item back to us. We will share the necessary details with you via email.
What about shipping costs?
We regret that we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered
- Promotional free shipping was applied
In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Does this apply to sale items as well?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What if I want to cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help@afaminniemarvels.com. Please refer to our Customer Care Section for further details.
Please Note:
- Refunds can only be claimed within 07 days.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must remain intact.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items, and winter items only with winter stock.
- Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
